"Bright, pale salmon with a rose-gold tinge, even colour throughout. The nose is fresh, and aromatics with good intensity, the fragrance of herbs and florals melded with a hint of wet stone, underlying raspberry, strawberries and watermelon. Medium-light bodied, aromas of raspberries lead the palate with racy acidity, unfolding strawberries, watermelon, herbs and florals with a spicy note on the finish. The mouthfeel is elegant with fine-textured phenolics, silky flow with good energy brings a refreshing, clean and dry finish. Match with melon wrapped with Parma ham and cold smoked salmon over the next 2-3 years. 100% Pinot Noir, handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in barrels and stainless steel to 12% alc, <3 g/l RS. Vegan friendly."
