Butterworth Layline Sauvignon Blanc 2019, 93 points - Raymond Chan Wine Reviews

"

Bright, pale yellow with a light green hue, even colour throughout. The nose is elegantly restrained, nuances of citrus, tropical fruit, intermix with herbs and white spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of guava and grapefruit intermixed subtle white spice and herbs. The flavours are clean and restrained, follows a chalky-textured fine phenolic line; supported by integrated mouthwatering acid, fresh herbs lingers to a sustained finish. This elegant Sauvignon Blanc is refined with restrained fruit aromas, enriched by subtle herbs and spice details on a textural palate. Match with pan-fried sole and prawn salad over the next 3 years. Handpicked, fermented in stainless steel to 13.5% alc. Vegan friendly."
